  1. All appointments must be booked online through our website. To ensure accurate records and seamless service, please update your profile with your full name, date of birth, address, and email address at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in appointment cancellation.


  1. Same-day appointments are not generally available unless specifically indicated as open on the booking site. We post walk-in days as they become available online so be sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram.


  1. We kindly ask that clients arrive on time for their appointments. For in-office visits, a 10-minute grace period is provided, and for travel appointments, a 15-minute grace period is allowed. If the client has not arrived or communicated within the grace period, the service provider will depart. In such cases, the deposit will be forfeited, and the client will need to rebook the appointment online.


  1. For travel appointments the service provider reserves the right to refuse service at travel appointments due to unclean environments, lack of sterile space, the presence of uncaged animals, or the presence of children roaming the designated service space who are not being serviced. Should service be refused for any of these reasons, your deposit will be forfeited, and you will be requested to rebook online at a suitable time that meets these requirements


  1. Our phone line is dedicated to general inquiries and customer support to assist with navigating self-service options. For your convenience, texting is also available. Please note that we do not discuss medical information over the phone. For medical-related questions, you will be referred to consult with a provider through a virtual telehealth appointment, which can be booked online


  1. Telehealth appointments are mandatory for all IV hydration services and weight loss injections. For IV hydration, you may prebook your telehealth session under the respective service tabs online before your appointment date. For weight loss services, your telehealth appointment will take place after your initial consultation, listed as “Post-Lab Body Blueprint.” During this session, our provider will review your lab results with you before you move forward with purchasing injections
